He was predeceased by: his parents, John R. Talley, Sr. and Sue McLaughen Talley; his spouse Gail Louise Oakie Talley; and his brother Louie Daniel Talley (Danny). He is survived by: his brother Thomas Michael Talley (Katherine).
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 17th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Rutherfordton Presbyterian Church (252 N Washington St, Rutherfordton, NC 28139). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, November 17th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
