It is with great sadness that we announce the death of JoAnn T. Johnson of Rutherfordton, North Carolina, who passed away on January 21, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Wallace Stacey and Ollie Rowe Stacey; her grandson Nicholas Johnson; and her brothers, Rondo Stacey, Dale Stacey and Haydon Stacey.
She is survived by: her children, Randy Johnson (Patty), Joan Stanley (Frank) and John Johnson (Kris Manor); her grandchildren, Nichole Johnson Bishop, Blair Stanley, Gabe Stanley, Trent Bishop and Ian Hockenberry; her great grandchildren, Bryson Bishop and Baylon Bishop; and her sisters, Joyce Taylor, Sue McClellan and Brenda Lane.
