She is survived by: her close friend David Harmon; her children, Amy Hardin of Rutherfordton and Jeff Hardin (Vanghi) of Monroe, NC; her siblings, Jerry Simmons (Ann) of Iron Station, NC, Bobby Simmons (Martha) of Clover, SC and Marie Adams (Bob) of Morehead, Kentucky.; her grandchildren, Haley Hardin and Colton Hardin; and her pets, Charlie, Sammy and Kelsey.
