She is survived by: her husband John Calder; her children, Bryan Vassey, Timothy Vassey, Elisha Kerr and Christi Thompson; her grandchildren, Stefani Vassey, Kristina Vassey, Zephyr Kerr, Oliviya Lainey, Ayden Lainey and Ethan Lainey; and her great grandchildren, Ethan Vassey, Andrew Vassey, Mason White and Dakota White.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers donations be made to Hospice of the Carolina Foothills P.O. Box 336 Forest City NC 28043..
