James David Skipper Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 30, 2024, at the age of 74, James David Skipper of Rutherfordton, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though James may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those James touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ed Skipper and Pauline Skipper; and his siblings, Judy Hodge and Frank Skipper. He is survived by: his siblings, Gail Ledbetter, Teresa Skipper and Bobby Skipper.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Second Baptist Church (191 Green St, Rutherfordton, NC 28139). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Second Baptist Church of Rutherfordton (191 Green St, Rutherfordton, NC 28139).
