It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Byrd of Rutherfordton, North Carolina, who passed away on January 1, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Byrd and Annie Street Byrd; and his sisters, Katherine Byrd and Ethel Byrd Hutchins. He is survived by: his children, Angie Byrd Cuthbertson and John Christopher Byrd (Donna); his sister Jane Byrd Hardin; his grandsons, Joseph Byrd, Daniel Byrd and Aaron Cuthbertson; and his great grandchild Emma Byrd.
