He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles B. Shepherd and Agnes Wheeler Shepherd; his daughter Kimberly Buckner; and his siblings, Clyde Shepherd, Doug Shepherd and Carolyn Harris.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Pack Shepherd; his children, Sheila Bradley (Jimmy), Harold Shepherd, Jr. (Sarah) and Robin Raines; his brothers, Lewis Shepherd and Steve Shepherd; and his grandchildren, Ashley of Boo, J. W., Felecia, Justin, Alex, Sara, Charlie, Cheyenne, Steven, Haleigh, Kimberly, Elijah and Caden. He is also survived by five great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews; and many friends.
