He was predeceased by: his parents, Hudson Ruppe and Alice Ruppe; and his son Philip Ruppe. He is survived by: his wife Hovis Robbins Ruppe; his sons, Charles Ruppe (Dwan) and Dennis Ruppe (Jami); his daughter-in-law Donice Ruppe; his grandchildren, Keilah Ruppe and Adria McManus; and his great grandchild Declan McManus.
