He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Rhodes and Minnie Bell Hill Rhodes; and his siblings, Everette Rhodes, Iva Conner and Linda Condrey.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Rhodes; his children, Sherry Thomas and Tommy Rhodes; and his grandchildren, Kyle Thomas and Trevor Rhodes. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
