He was predeceased by: his parents, Rex Reece Weast and Mary Ella Greene Weast; his wife Sandy Cline Weast; and his brother-in-law Dewitt Ledbetter. He is survived by: his children, Robbie Weast (Jane), Dustin Weast (Emily) and Christen Michael (Keith) of Rutherfordton; his sisters, Joyce Johnson (Bobby) of Forest City and Elizabeth "Lib" Ledbetter of Forest City; his grandchildren, Matthew Weast (Tiffany), Sandy Smith (Robby), Jordan Weast (Sabrina), Anna Weast, Averie Weast, Maisyn Weast and Chrisley Michael; and his great grandchildren, Carson Smith, Kasen Smith, Hayden Weast and Loretta Weast.
