He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Picard and Alma Lambert Picard; his children, Robert F. Picard and Susan Marie Senter; and his siblings, Irene Fontaine, Beatrice Draper, Arthur, George and Robert Picard.
He is survived by: his wife Grace Burnham Picard; his children, Michael P. Picard (Judy) of Austin, Colorado and Nancy Ann Roberts of Rice Lake, Wisconsin; and his sister Betty Carter of Vero Beach, Florida. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren.
