It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Fran Cairnes (Rutherfordton, North Carolina), born in Henderson, North Carolina, who passed away on January 19, 2019, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jeter P. Jones and Blanche Holbert Jones; and her sisters, Louise Martin and Lillian Griffin. She is survived by: her brother Jones, Jr. (Barbara) of Brevard, NC..
Interment will be at Shepherds Memorial Park, Hendersonville, NC at 2:00 P.M. Thursday.In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Second Baptist Church; 191 Green Street; Rutherfordton, NC 28139.
