He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Chittister and Mary Chittister; and his daughter Becky Marie Holland. He is survived by: his spouse Donna Louise Weber Chittister; his children, Darlene Joy Reep (Kelly) of Lincolnton, Lee Alan Chittister (Ronda) of Forest City and Barbara Thrower (Clifford) of Bostic; his grandchildren, Patrick Shaffer, Jarji-Jo Combs and Tiffany Weast; and his great grandchild Ayla Keosykhao.
