She was predeceased by: her parents, Bueal Lewis and Dorna Lee Osborne Lewis; her husband Baxter Robert Woodard; and her brother Harold Dean Lewis. She is survived by: her siblings, Betty Osborne and Jerry Ray Lewis of Creston. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
