We are sad to announce that on October 5, 2020, at the age of 70, Elvie Carswell of Rutherfordton, North Carolina, born in Houston, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Carswell and Florine Burns Carswell; and his siblings, Ronald Carswell, James Carswell, Barbara Carswell Hyland and Wanda Burns Rusch.
He is survived by: his son Albert Carswell (Rhonda) of Gaffney; and his siblings, Kenneth Carswell (Darnelle) of Grapeland, TX, Kirk Burns of Georgetown, TX and Betty Carswell Webb (Don) of Grapeland, TX. He is also survived by five grandchildren; five great-grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
