She was predeceased by: her parents, William Forrest and Vera Smiley Luckadoo; her brother William Forrest Luckadoo, Jr.; and her husband Wade L. Philbeck. She is survived by: her sister Lounette Matthews (Don Matthews); and her nephew Donnie Matthews.
