As Elaine departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Elaine. Though Elaine may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Pearl and James Sinclair; and her sister Carolyn Sinclair Jackson. She is survived by: her husband Reagan Clark of Spindale, NC; her son Brian Clark (Leatha) of Athens, OH; her stepgrandson Neil Damron of San Francisco, CA; and her brothers, Stanley Sinclair (Teresa) of Ninety Six, SC and Stephen Sinclair (Dorothy) of Lake Bowen, SC.. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and many dear friends.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the First United Methodist Church (264 N Main St, Rutherfordton, NC 28139). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to First United Methodist Church in Rutherfordton, NC, or to any cause that spreads kindness.
