He was predeceased by: his parent Howard G.; and his daughter Teresa Womack Lyda. He is survived by: his parent Lucille Camby Womack; his wife Faye Roper Womack; his children, Diane Womack Waters, David E. Toney (Sheila) and Eric S. Womack (Catina); his grandchildren, Kerri Lyda Taylor (Dwayne), Alan Waters (Emily), Tyler Waters (Kelsey), Jessica Toney and Casey Harper (Michael); his great grandchildren, Landon Harper, Chandler Blount and Connor Blount; and his sisters, Opal Womack Crain (Darvin) and Judy Womack Hill (Leonard).
