He is survived by: his spouse Janice Pruett Brown; his daughters, Diane Callahan of Ellenboro and Debbie Gettys (Gerald) of Rutherfordton; his siblings, Joseph Brown (Helen) of Rutherfordton, Arnold Brown (Audrey) of Rutherfordton, Reverend Leon Brown (Joyce) of Rutherfordton, Lena Mae Hudgins of Rutherfordton, Edith Alley of Rutherfordton and Hattie Edwards (Charles) of Rutherfordton; his sister-in-law Dorothy Brown of Rutherfordton; his grandchildren, Brandy Sisk (Daniel), Jessica Fulbright (Brent), Emily Bailey, Robbie Rothrock, Gretchen O'Donnell (Shane), Brittany Spivey (Jordan), Michael Brown and Meghan Brown; and his great grandchildren, Asher, Landon, Micah, Reagan, Bentley and Sawyer.
