He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Clay and Almira Gertrude Huntley Harrill; his daughter Davine Harrill; and his siblings, Clyde, Herman, Ray Robert, Marjorie Morehead, Lillie Carpenter, Betty Yelton and Evelyn Bruner.
He is survived by: his wife Sara Jo Whitaker Harrill; his children, Brian Harrill, Scott Harrill and Cheryl Hamrick; his grandchildren, Cliffton Hamrick, Brandon Harrill and Raven Harrill; and his great grandchildren, Bailee Harrill and Mason Harrill.
