He is survived by: his wife Tonya Weaver; his children, Taylor Weaver of Asheville, Tyler Weaver of Rutherfordton, Morgan Wilson (Billy) of Gaffney, Nick Elton (Porscha) of Rutherfordton, Skylar Doggett (Adam) of Mooresboro and Baylee Elton of Rutherfordton; his siblings, Teddy Burchman of Rutherfordton, David Weaver of Lakeland, Christopher Blalock of Demorest, Georgia and Gina Estep (David) of Forest City; his stepbrother Jason Kimbrell of Forest City; his granddaughter Camille Elton; his aunts, Mary Allred (Ricky) of Mooresboro and Judy Gibson of Mooresboro; his adoptive mother Suzy Allen of Rutherfordton; and his stepfather Jimmy Kimbrell.
