He was predeceased by: his parent Hollis Fowler; and his siblings, Jimmy L. Fowler, Larry R. Fowler, Charles Ray Fowler and Barbara Ann Skipper.
He is survived by: his parent Lora Blackwell Fowler; his daughters, Amy Greene (Claude) and Karen Carpenter (Spencer); his sisters, Betty Graham, Margie Ruff, Mary Helen Greene (Preston) and Linda Anders (Clayton); his grandsons, Brandon Greene, Dylan Greene, Nicholas Carpenter and Joshua Carpenter; and his great grandchild Brayden Greene. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
