He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Martin Hodge and Ruth Peterson Hodge; and his brother Donald Hodge. He is survived by: his wife Carole Kornacki Hodge; his children, Robert W. Hodge (Donna Hodge) of Charlotte, NC, Ruth H. Bowers (Don Pollard) of Morganton, NC, Lynnette H. Martin (Scott D. Martin) of Rutherfordton, NC and John M. Hodge (Kelly B. Hodge) of Inman, SC; his brother Donnie; and his grandson Drew Bowers.
