He is survived by: his daughter Tammy Whiteside; his son-in-law Malcolm Whiteside of Commerce City, CO.; and his sisters, Hattie Abrams (Robert) of Spindale, NC, Estelle Abrams (Lemmie) of Tryon, NC and Marilene Morris of Concord, NC. He is also survived by nephews, nieces and cousins.
