He was predeceased by: his parents, Camille Richard Francois, Sr. and Pamela Ann Bright Francois; and his brother Alex Goodman. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Brown Francois; his son Richard Francois III of Rutherfordton; his siblings, Bill Hardin (Marie) and Michelle Davis (Jimmy) of Rutherfordton; his nieces, Rebekah Greene, Kimberly Prince and Heather Bennett; his nephew William Hardin of Rutherfordton; his great-niece Ava Murray; and his great-nephew Maddox Greene.
