She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur William Shoemaker and Georgie Smith Shoemaker; her siblings, Charles, William Shoemaker and Peggy Ahalt; and her daughter Wanda Frances Kay Sheppard.
She is survived by: her children, Betty Shelton (Jeffrey), John E. Sheppard, Jr. and Steven E. Sheppard; her close friend Bud Webb; her siblings, Daniel Shoemaker, Kenneth Shoemaker and Wanda Shoemaker; her grandchildren, Cheyenne and William Shelton; and her stepgrandchildren, Nikki Russ and Brittiany Shelton. She is also survived by nieces and nephews as well as a number of other relatives and friends.
