She was predeceased by: her parents, Millard Nix and Carrie Bradley Nix. She is survived by: her half-sisters, Pat Howell and Qumi Womack; her niece Sonya Womack; and her nephew Jimmy Womack.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the Crowe's Mortuary (118 College Ave, Rutherfordton, NC 28139). A graveside service was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Piney Knob Baptist Church (1534 Piney Knob Rd, Rutherfordton, NC 28139).
