It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Baxter Robert Woodard (Rutherfordton, North Carolina), who passed away on March 6, 2019, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his brother Bill Woodard; his wife Evelyn Lewis Woodard; and his siblings, Albert Woodard of Greenwood, SC, Mack Ray Woodard of Johnson County, TN, John Woodard of Knoxville, TN, Anne Haslet of Fayetteville and June Williams of Mountain City, TN. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
