It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara (Helgreen) Young of Rutherfordton, North Carolina, who passed away on March 2, 2021, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jim Helgreen and Barbara Helgreen; and her sibling Gale Champie. She is survived by: her husband Bob Young; her siblings, Jay Helgreen (Karen) and Jan Allison (Ricky); her stepsons, Aaron (April) and Bryan (Cheryl); her grandchildren, Dylan, Madelyn, Holden, Melana, Addison and Anson; and her nieces and nephews, Mandy Dunham (Jamie), Morgan Helgreen, Jason Allison and Max Helgreen. She is also survived by Many great nieces and great nephews, cousins, and friends.
