She was predeceased by: her parent Armel Phillips. She is survived by: her parent Winnie Tipton Phillips; and her sons, Bill Hutchins (Ann) of Bostic, NC and Joe Hutchins (Robin) of Boiling Springs, SC. She is also survived by six grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
