He is survived by: his wife Peggy Setzer King; his sons, Tim King (Lisa) of Morganton and Shannon King (Regina) of Hildebran; his brother Julian King (Margaret) of Lenoir; his brother-in-law Doug Stepp of Lexington; his grandchildren, Meghan Meade (Mike, Zachary King), Carson King, Grayson King, Dalton King and Garrison Cook; his great grandchild Olivia Meade; and his nieces, Sheila Darlene Conklin (Trish) and Revonda Gibson Karen Detter (Mike). He is also survived by numerous other nieces and nephews.
