He is survived by: his wife Rachel Pope Earley; his children, Jane Earley Phillips (Paul) of Rutherford College, Robert Earley of Maryville, TN and Julie Earley Harris (Jason) of Hickory; and his grandchildren, Elizabeth Phillips Vander Heyden (Eric) of Cary, NC, Ben Phillips of Rutherford College, Adam Earley, Allison Earley of Maryville, TN, Luke, Landon and Sam Harris of Hickory. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and numerous cousins.
