She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilbur Wellons and Dorothy Ilg Wellons. She is survived by: her husband Martin O'Toole; her children, Kevin O'Toole, Kelly O'Toole and Marcy O'Toole; her grandchildren, Jacob Leonhardt, Aaron Leonhardt, Mimi, Sky Maconie and Star Maconie; and her sister Kathryn Floyd.

Due to Covid, a small family memorial service will be held by the family at a later date.
