He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Harvey Kincaid and Emma E. Clontz; and his sister Rachel Turner. He is survived by: his wife Loann Berry Kincaid; his children, Charles Dean Kincaid of Morganton and Kimberly Plemmons of Icard; his siblings, J. T. Kincaid of Rutherford College, Marjorie Carroll Smith of Granite Falls and Mary Miller of Morganton; his grandchildren, Walt Plemmons of Valdese and Deann Plemmons of Icard; his great grandchild Brantley Plemmons; and his brother-in-law Jimmy Turner.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Burke Hospice and Palliative Care at 1721 Enon Road, Valdese, NC 28690.
