It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Boyd (Rural Hall, North Carolina), who passed away on February 4, 2020, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of William Boyd to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Franklin Boyd and Eliza Cromer Boyd; his wife Helen Ring Boyd; and his siblings, Jesse Boyd and Mary Lawson.

He is survived by: his children, William Franklin "Billy" Boyd, Kathy Denise Boyd and Paula Boyd Norman (David); his great grandchildren, Holden Sheets, Morgan Sheets and Luca Lane; his brother Jack; and his sister-in-law Virginia Ring. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
