He was predeceased by: his parents, Amaziah Zacariah Harmon and Delilah Dorothy Tyree Harmon; and his wife Zeta Willa Harmon. He is survived by: his children, Thomas Harmon, Jr., Brenda Brown, Judy Harmon and Laura Harmon; his grandchildren, Chris Harmon, Ashley Thomas (Johnny), Megan Harmon, Anna Burgess (Cole), Jordan Harmon and Krista Harmon; his great grandchildren, Addison Thomas, Zachary Thomas, Dalton Whitaker and Kenzleigh Harmon; and his daughter-in-law Rebecca Harmon. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Sunday, April 27th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Hayworth-Miller Rural Hall Chapel (305 Bethania-Rural Hall Rd, Rural Hall, NC 27045).
