It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Lowe (Rural Hall, North Carolina), who passed away on April 28, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Thomas Lowe to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Robert Lowe and Ida Mae Hohn Lowe; his brother William Robert Lowe, Jr.; and his daughters, Melva Richardson and Carolyn Horton.
He is survived by: his wife Edna Irene Lowe; his children, Deborah Sineath (Jimmy), Jerry Richardson (Bonnie), Thomas Lowe, Jr. (Brigitte) and Vivian Davis; and his son-in-law Gregory Horton. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, five great-grandchildren.
