He was predeceased by : his parents, Enrico Calzolari and Ada Spisni; and his daughter Claudia Calzolari. He is survived by : his wife Kay Goforth; his brother Giancarlo Calzolari (Teresa); his niece Simona Calzolari Loi of Casalecchio; his mother-in-law Delma Goforth of Pfafftown; his sister-in-law Lynn Browder (Nicky) of King; his niece Charla Haley-Caudle of Mt. Airy; and his nephew Josh Haley of Wilmington.
