He is survived by: his wife Janet Masencup Carithers; his daughter Allison Carithers Muldovan (Jason); his nieces, Michelle Allison (Randy) and Morgan Masencup Roland (Caleb); his nephew Will Mclean; his great-niece Reagan Swaim; his sisters-in-law, Donna Lewis and Ginger Mclean; and also, Addison Swaim and Kenzleigh Swaim.
