He was predeceased by : his parents, Lacy Watson and Lizzie Watson; his wife Sandra Watson; and his siblings, Opal Gwyn, Vertie Ball, Jack Watson and Norma Lee Busick.
He is survived by : his daughter Jen (Jennifer Martin) of Winston-Salem; his granddaughter Eliza Watson Martin; and his siblings, Bill Watson, Irene Thompson and Joanne Slate. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be to St. Jude Childrens Hospital.
