She was predeceased by: her parents, Thornton Edmond Robinson and Nina Lou Smythers Robinson; and her brother Wayne Robinson. She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Gray Combs; her children, Scott Combs (Emerald) of Concord and Rhonda Brooks (Kelly) of Liberty; and her grandchildren, Kristen Lawson (Bruce), Lauren Akins (David), Courtney Hickes and Alexandria Combs. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 12:45 PM at the Rural Hall Chapel - Hayworth-Miller Funeral Homes & Crematory (305 Bethania-Rural Hall Rd, Rural Hall, NC 27045). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Belews Creek Christian Church (8451 Belews Creek Rd, Belews Creek, NC 27009).
