She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard Stout and Beatrice Stout Huffman; and her brother Bernard "Sonny" B. Stout. She is survived by: her husband John Raymond Marshall; her sister Susan Barbour (Charlie); her stepson John Eric Marshall; and her grandchildren, Mayson and Luke. She is also survived by several loving nieces, cousins, and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Hayworth-Miller Rural Hall Chapel (305 Bethania-Rural Hall Rd, Rural Hall, NC 27045). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
