It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Nancy Lewis Harris (Rural Hall, North Carolina), born in Winston Salem, North Carolina, who passed away on April 16, 2023, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Elmer Lewis and Viola "Ola" Lewis; and her grandson Joshua Cooper. She is survived by : her husband Frank Harris; her sons, Larry Dale Cooper, Jr. (Mitzi) and Daryl Wayne Cooper (Tammy); her sisters, Dorothy Huneycutt (Russel Delo), Edna Levy (Louis) and Alice Avary (Robert); her granddaughters, Sarah and Anna Cooper; her great grandchild Charles Bowman; her stepchildren, Ginger Martin (Mike) and John Harris (Eve); and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Nicholas, Nathan, Samantha, Blake, Anna and Carson.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to: Brenner Children's Hospital, Winston-Salem, NC. The family also asks that instead of any food being provided, please donate to a food bank of your choice.
