He was predeceased by : his parents, Howard Cain and Lena Cain; and his brothers, Jerry Cain and Terry Cain. He is survived by : his wife Kathy Eastman Cain; his children, Brian Cain (Apriel), Jeremy Cain (Shannon) and Amy Snow (Josh); his grandchildren, Dylan, Lindsay, Annah, Tyler, Cody, Isabell, Natalie and Kyle; and his brother Carl Ray Cain (Audrey).
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made in his honor to the Alzheimer's Association, 225 N. Michigan Ave., Fl. 17, Chicago, IL 60601, in honor of Steve and his fight against dementia.
