She was predeceased by : her parents, Victor Ramsey and Myrtle Ramsey; her in-laws, Raymond and Miriam Carmichael; and her husband Azariah Gray Carmichael, Sr..
She is survived by : her children, Vicki Carmichael (Ira Mogitz) of Hollywood, FL and Azariah "Mike" Gray Carmichael Jr. (Linda) of Elgin, SC; her grandchildren, Katherine Medlin (Luke) of Elgin, SC, Ashley Kelley (Justin) of Columbia, SC and Justin Carmichael (Lylan) of McKinney, TX; her great grandchildren, Sadie, Bailey, Maggie, Anthony Medlin, Azariah Carmichael, Isabelle and Jackson Kelley; her sister Dorothy Caudle (Hassell) of Rural Hall; her nieces and nephews, Dennis Caudle (Jeannie), Kevin Caudle (Dawn), Annette Purdue (Gerald), Beth Connaughton (Mike), Kaye Carter (Ron) and Faye Calder (Jim); and her brothers-in-law, Bobby Joe Carmichael and Querrander Carmichael (Nancy). She is also survived by her family, her church, and her dear friends.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers donations be made to Hope Pregnancy Care Center, P.O. Box 604, King NC, Crisis Control 200 East Tenth Street, Winston-Salem, NC 27101, and Rural Hall Moravian Church.
