She was predeceased by: her parents, Hobert Glenn Church and Irene Goslen; her husband Conrad Ray Scott Sr.; her brother Richard Church; and her granddaughter Jennifer Kay Shepard.
She is survived by: her children, Conrad Ray Scott Jr., Patty Scott Coe (Steven) and Gregory Lee Scott; her grandchildren, Joshua (Danielle), Angel, Magen, Amber (Phillip), Josh Coe (Shoko), Brandon and Dylan; and her siblings, Robert Church (Martha) and Peggy Ellis (Gene). She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
