With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joseph Kiser (Rural Hall, North Carolina), who passed away on March 28, 2019 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his brother Grady Warren Kiser; and his stepmother Veral Linville Kiser. He is survived by: his wife Annabel Lowe Kiser; his brother Robert Lee Kiser (Cheryl); and his sister-in-law Mary Kiser.
