He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Barbara Watts Vanhoy; and his children, Denise V. Carico (Craig), Sherry V. Jones (Joey) and John Brent Vanhoy (Michelle). He was also cherished by seven grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
