He was predeceased by: his parents, James Thomas and Edith Tuttle; his wife Marsha Mabe Tuttle; his sister Catherine Brandon (Paul); and his niece Janice Brandon.
He is survived by: his daughter Kimberly Tuttle (Steven); his grandchildren, Ashton Starr, Chloe, Braedon, Dayson and Elsa Atwood; his stepson Tony Mabe; his siblings, Tommie Loggins (Wayne) and Willis Tuttle (Sina); and his nieces and nephews, Teresa Brandon, Chris Brandon (Jeff), LeeAnn Keen (Chris), Don Holder Keatly (Kristie) and Thomas Tuttle (Jenna).
In honor of Keith's memory and his compassionate spirit, contributions may be made to the American Heart Association.
