It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jackie Chambers (Rural Hall, North Carolina), who passed away on March 4, 2020, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Chambers and Leona Chambers; his wife Joanne Chambers; and his siblings, Tom Chambers and Peggy Fishel.
He is survived by: his children, Tracy Hiatt (Greg), Derek Chambers (Sherri) and Leigh Ann Taylor (Ben); his grandchildren, Brooke, Sydney, Brock, Elizabeth, Eric and Cameron; his great grandchildren, Kinsley, Emily, Jordyn and Reese; and his close friends, Terry Mabe and Cynthia Brinkley.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Trellis Supportive Care, 101 Hospice Lane, Winston-Salem, NC 27103.
